Custom Dog Collar, "Pretty in Peacock" by ChloesCollars $24

This week it's Leslie from ChloesCollars. Leslie is based in Indianapolis and she makes custom dog collars and leashes.  She is a huge animal lover and also loves crafts.  Her handmade, custom collars began when she was looking for unique and cute collars for her own pooches, Chloe and Izzy.  After looking at local pet stores and not finding anything, Leslie took her love of crafting and sewing and made her own collars that complimented the style and personality of her own two dogs.  You can see that her items are full of beautiful and stylish patterns, cool colors and all the functionality that you need to have in a great collar or leash.  She also has some great bow ties and cat collars.  Visit Chloes Collars on Facebook and on Twitter, and definitely browse on through to her shop and show her some love.

Welcome to the fifth edition of A collection of happy accidents. This is a treasury challenge that runs for one full day (like a blitz). For each edition the featured seller will choose one winner that will then be the new featured shop for the next edition.

This challenge will run all day on Friday, April 27th

Here are the guidelines for a valid entry:

• Include the featured seller in the FIRST row of your treasury (any item from their shop)
• Use at least 4 other Team Serendipity members in the first three rows of your treasury
• Tag your treasury "tserendipity" AND "happyaccident5"
• In the description section of your treasury please post a link back to this blog: http://teamserendipity.blogspot.com
• Become a follower of this blog (if you aren't already)

This week it's Laura from mamableudesigns. Laura is based in Southern California and she crafts whimsical stitched illustrations, pouches and clutch bags.  She was brought up in a family that nurtured creativity and thrives on the ability to continue using her imagination thanks to the support of her husband and family.  Laura was born and raised in California and has explored many different artistic outlets, such as sculpting and sewing. Her work reveals an aesthetic that takes much inspiration from the whimsy of nature. Her designs feature colorful owls, butterflies, flowers and garden scenes.  Laura is happy to be leaving this legacy of creativity to her children and their children.  So browse on through to her shop and show her some love.

This week it's Marie from pillowsophi. Marie is based in Ontario, Canada and she sells mid century modern, retro and art deco vintage finds.  She admits that she is a bit obsessed with Scandinavian pottery and Denby stoneware, so you will find many examples of that aesthetic in her Etsy shop.  Her wares are exemplary finds of a simpler time, with classic appeal and of course lots of mid century beauty.  Marie currently works for an accounting firm, but hopes to commence her PhD studies soon. Ceramic Heart Dish by Ravenhillpottery $14
